i highly recommend this book to any company interested in increasing market share among women in particular. Miriam's past strong track record of success in managing diversity for bottom line results, her deep knowledge on all aspects of diversity management-from advertising, publicity, promotions, product development, supplier engagements, sales strategies, and leveraging the power of corporate philanthropy-are intricately woven throughout this book.
